Farm2Firm Tea State has been acquired by Amanat Shah Group in the year 2005. It is located at Baikunthapur under Habiganj, District, Sylhet. The entire tea estate encompasses an area of 875.78 hectors of land where 330.56 hectors are being utilized for Tea plantation. The operation of the Tea estate is under an efficient and professional management team who are working hard to improve the harvest and quality respectively. We have raised tea, shade and forestry plant in own nursery for the development of field. Now, around 700 labors are working in the estate daily and 14 supervision staffs as well.

We have also improved the factory with modern machinery's like Rotarvane, 36" Jumbo 5cut CTC Machine, Continuous Fermentation Machine (CFM), Coal Heater, VFBD Dryer Shorting Machine with fully conveyorsed system. We are producing high-quality black tea which is usually sent to Chittagong tea auction. The production of the estate is increasing every year at a constant growth rate maintain the global standard. In 2015, our annual production was 333,523kg and gradually heading towards a target of 400,000kg within short period. Ever since it's taking over, Amanat Shah Group has been running the company successfully and with the prudent guidance received from the management the production graph and also the revenue graph have experienced a positive growth every year. Our development program on Tea estates through comprehensive labor welfare programs that offer free housing, healthier and other benefits. The company has set-up and manages medical centre, adult-literacy centers, and schools to educate the children of its employees.
