Amanat Shah Weaving Processing Limited came into being as a vibrant fabric construction unit that produces all types of greige fabrics with specialization over generations in the precision of physical and chemical treatments- necessary particularly for cotton fabrics. Starting weaving in traditional handloom at our manufacturing bases, we have enhanced human craftsmanship by retaining the age-old perfection inherited for generations. Technology aided by power has brought about a remarkable advancement in our productivity although our principal focus is on the genetic weaving precision, perfection and skill harbored over centuries.
ABOUT ASWPL
In order to impart the required functional properties to the fiber or fabric, we have specialization over generations in the precision of physical and chemical treatments necessary particularly for cotton fabrics like Lungi, 3-Piece and Sarees with varying properties for specific fibre like synthetic fibers such as polyamide, polyester and polyacrylonitrile etc. The grey cloth contains impurities, including warp size and, as such, requires further treatment in order to develop its full textile potential, the precision we have attained through years of in-process experience and highly skilled manpower at our plants.
The Weaving plant on a patch of industrial land of 500,000 sft comprises 3 shades for 360 shuttle Looms, 150 Rapier and Airjet Looms for weaving 30,000 yards Twill and Grey Cloth and processing 120,000 yards of fabrics by a professional team of 208 workers 39 staff and 45 security personnel.
